Can i uninstall akamai netsession

It's easy, from the console, in w7, but I can't find it on w I can deactivate at the start up, but I want to stop it completely. It slows my computer so much.

Not sure Photoshop needs it to work anyway. It is stopped on my other machines, and PS works fine! I know I can stop the process in task manager, but I prefer to stop in the console, otherwise I have to do it every time the PC restarts.

Not convenient I don't want to desinstall right now, because I have other Adobe products to download next days, and it will come back anyway LOL.
