Sue D 53 contributions. Privledged to enjoy a Jayhawks win over WV in a packed house. Entry and exit were both smooth, the restrooms and seating areas were incredibly clean. Well cared for complex. There is a parking garage with direct access to the fieldhouse second floor. The problem is, you have to know where the payment kiosk is first floor because there are no signs to tell you that. It is a venerable arena with a spacious concourse with concessions including a large team store.
I did not see any ushers. The seating is plastic bench seats. There are no hand rails in the seating area. The public address system was good as were the sight lines.
