Ahead is a yellow power box. Knock out the next yellow box as well to continue to the stairwell. Go down the stairs there's nothing much at the top but some tools and on the middle level you can use another EMP blast to knock out a yellow box and collect some supplies.

The ground floor holds yet more supplies. The middle floor contains a door leading to some offices. Proceed through it. A Gearhead Heavy awaits you on the other side. Use Pop Rockets to easily wipe him out and armor-piercing ammo to take out the enemies. Head up the stairs and around the catwalk using electronic and pulse weapons to take out the Sentry Bots.

On the top level of the catwalk area are many Gearhead enemies that you can snipe from across the way. A Heavy eventually comes down an elevator, but it's pretty easy to take cover behind one of the metal panels and fire sniper rounds at his head. Alongside one of the catwalks is a yellow box which you can activate manually to electrocute nearby enemies. When you hit the elevator button, back up Gearheads arrive.

Snipe them from the elevator platform, but watch out since some will rush your high position. The elevator doesn't turn out to be the best idea, as the Gearhead Boss sends it crashing down to the basement floor. You can't do anything but fall, so don't panic! When you wake up, save your game -- there is no checkpoint here.

Duck under the elevator door. At the bottom there are more enemies, but nothing you haven't seen before.
